They're very pretty but I haven't been able to test them yet. Very well thought out, because the protection goes very high in the back and nice and high in the front too. I suffer from endometriosis and often it overflows because of how heavy my period is

I loved it, they match the description, so comfortable to wear, not too thick, and even though I have very heavy periods I didn't have a single overflow incident. I'd bought some from a big-box store and, for heavy periods, that underwear was very very thick and therefore uncomfortable, and after 2 hours I had to change because it had overflowed. So I recommend Orpair with my eyes closed: good quality, really comfortable, and no overflow. Thank you 👌
